Daisy Doodle's Teeny Toddler Show is designed for toddlers ages 1-2, with lots of visual stimulation and music. Daisy Doodle starts off by performing a medley of dances to upbeat music, each with a different prop: a big glittery streamer wand, giant butterfly wings made out of shiny material, swinging poi balls (imagine 2 colorful comets flying around in different patterns), and colorful arm streamers. Then we go into a sing-along of short familiar songs, like Itsy Bitsy Spider, Wheels on the Bus, etc., also with lots of props, like puppets and stuffed animals corresponding to the song. Daisy blows bubbles for one song, and hands out instruments for others, like maracas or hand clappers. The sing-along is followed by some simple dancing, like the Hokey Pokey and Wiggle's dance songs, but the dancing is not a big part of the show, as this age group is a little young for that. The music continues as Daisy Doodle circulates and makes balloon sculptures, which are handed to the mom or caretaker-- cute balloons like bumblebees or puppies. |

| For the Dora the Explorer Toddler Show, Daisy Doodle dresses up as Dora the Explorer! She enters to the Dora theme music, shows off her purple "Back Pack, Back Pack", brings out "The Map," and the kids point to where they want to go. Swiper the puppet comes out to his music, and must be told, "Swiper, no swiping!" The children participate in Dora sing-along music and dancing. All music is from Dora's CDs, and includes some familiar songs, like Twinkle, Twinkle, and Itsy Bitsy Spider, plus original songs from the show like Coqui (a Puerto Rican frog). Dora brings out a frog puppet for this song, blows bubbles to the Popping Bubbles song. Dora the Explorer has give-aways for the show, like kazoos, hand clappers and bouncing water yo yo balls, which the kids can keep. Dora the Explorer music plays in the background for the balloon sculptures that follow the show. Dora the Explorer can do face and/or hand painting at the party as the children arrive. This show is very participatory, and good for ages 2-4. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
